John Rohs started his real estate career in 1969. He has been a sales associate, a broker associate, the broker at his own company, Cambridge House, and now brings his 36 years of experience to Park Place Real Estate. John knows every facet of the real estate business: but he especially excels in his knowledge of investment income properties and helping first time home Buyers.. Along the way, John also earned his GRI, CRS, & ABR designations. He has been an active member of the Greater Kalamazoo Association of Realtors, and was the Past Chairman of the Professional Standards committee.

John is a lifelong resident of Kalamazoo and is a graduate of Michigan State University. John and his wife Liz have two sons and a daughter and live in the Mattawan area.
